In the heart of a Minervois winegrowing village, halfway between Carcassonne and Narbonne, you'll be staying at Laredorte, 200m from the village port on the banks of the Canal du Midi.

Situated in the heart of a typical Minervois village, surrounded by vineyards and garrigue, this Holiday cottage offers the perfect setting for relaxation and discovery. Walkers and mountain bikers will find numerous routes to explore the landscapes of southern Aude. Nearby, you can visit emblematic sites such as the Abbey of Caunes-Minervois, the medieval town of Minerve perched on its rocky outcrop, the mysterious caves of the Black Mountain, not forgetting the majestic town of Carcassonne and the highlights of Cathar country.
The Holiday cottage is located in a dynamic commune where you'll benefit from a wide range of services.

On the first floor, you'll find a bright living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, opening directly onto a private, fully-enclosed terrace. This is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and optional 5-seater jacuzzi (40 euros for the first day, then 20 euros per day of rental).

WEEKLY JACUZZI OPTION: 160 euros

Upstairs you'll find :
- a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and TV,
- a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,
- a bedroom with a 90 cm single bed.
- Separate bathroom and toilet.

The Holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning for your comfort in all seasons.
A secure storage area is also available for bicycles and other equipment.
