Located in the charming village of Gaja-la-Selve, in the heart of the Aude region and the Countryside, this 6-person Holiday cottage welcomes you in a charming authentic village house, ideal for a peaceful stay in the heart of nature, relaxation and local discoveries.

Just a few minutes away, you can explore superb medieval villages, lively local markets and the many Cathar castles that bear witness to the region's fascinating history. Heritage lovers can also visit the famous medieval city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or stroll through the picturesque streets of Mirepoix, renowned for its magnificent covered square.
The region is also perfect for lovers of nature and outdoor activities: Hiking, mountain biking, discovering vineyards, swimming in the surrounding lakes, or tasting local produce and wines.

At the back of the house, enjoy a pleasant private terrace equipped with garden furniture, perfect for outdoor meals, breakfasts or convivial evenings overlooking the surrounding countryside. A real little corner of tranquility where time seems to slow down.

On the other side of the lane, you'll also find a small, open, private garden, perfect for relaxing, reading a book or simply enjoying the peaceful village atmosphere. Public parking in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage.
