With a breathtaking view of the famous medieval city of Carcassonne from the terrace, Le Loft Cocon welcomes you for a stay in the city in a unique and pleasant setting just a stone's throw from all amenities.

On site, you'll enjoy an exceptional location with local shops (grocery store, Restaurant, Pharmacy...) as well as the banks of the River Aude, where you can enjoy numerous walks and bike rides, not forgetting the City's historic Bastide. The Cité is just 200m away, where you can stroll around the ramparts and discover all its secrets. Throughout the year, you can take part in festivities in Carcassonne (magic of Christmas, music festival, féria...). A Piscine is less than 5 minutes away for a refreshing swim. There are several must-see places around Carcassonne to visit: Lake de la Cavayère, landscapes of the Mountain Noire, typical villages (Montolieu, Caunes-Minervois, Lagrasse...).


The Holiday cottage features a private terrace with garden furniture, ideal for taking full advantage of the magnificent view of one of the world's most famous monuments. Just imagine yourself having breakfast or dinner under the Midi sun with a unique panorama. Plenty of parking is available in the street around the Holiday cottage. Its location means you're close to all the attractions of the City, yet in a peaceful setting.


The loft opens onto a small airlock on the first floor that leads directly to the 1st floor, where you'll find a large living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed for 2 extra people and a connected TV. A dining table and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen. The living room opens directly onto the terrace. On the second floor, a bedroom opening onto the living room in the form of a master suite with a 140x190cm bed and an en suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Air-conditioning.


Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning charge of €30 invoiced on arrival by the owner.
