Leucate is also the world's wind capital and the ideal spot for windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddleboarding or sand yachting! On site, you'll enjoy long cliff walks with views of the Sea and its fine sandy beaches, the Pyrénées Orientales and the Canigou, as well as unspoilt, varied nature. From the Holiday cottage, it's a 20-minute walk to the Beach, 7 minutes via the cycle path at the entrance to the street, 4 minutes by car with free parking on arrival, and a 5-minute walk to the shops. 4 kilometers away, you can taste the oysters of the Etang de Leucate and enjoy the local gastronomy. Leucate is less than an hour from France's most famous historic sites: the Cité de Carcassonne, Collioure and Narbonne la Romaine. You can also enjoy a trip on the lake on the inflatable paddle provided by the owners.

In front of the Holiday cottage is a shaded enclosed parking area and a garage. Ground floor: 3 large bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds and 2 x 80cm beds that can be twinned to form a 160cm double), bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC. The bedrooms open onto the enclosed, private garden at the rear of the house. Garden and terrace with summer kitchen equipped with plancha, bench with coffee table ideal for relaxing and enjoying an aperitif in the shade of the plane trees, private above-ground swimming pool (3 x 3 m, depth 1.20 m). Upstairs, office area, separate toilet, living room/kitchen (filter and senseo coffee maker), opening onto a terrace with garden furniture, ideal for lunch and enjoying panoramic views of the pond and Sea. Excellent séjour

Le Gîte est plus que TOP juste génial avec des Propriétaires très acceuillant gentils. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Un grand merci.

Super vacances à Leucate

Nous avons passez un super séjour à Leucate. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Le gite est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La piscine est un plus pour les retours de journées de visite. La climatisation a aussi été très appréciée avec les fortes chaleurs. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous reviendrons dans ce gite avec plaisir.

Belle découverte

Grâce aux précieux conseils de nos hôtes, nous avons découvert cette joile région. Adaptée aux sportifs, aux familles, aux jeunes, aux moins jeunes, bref ... il y en a pour tous les goûts. La maison est joliment décorée, tres fonctionnelle,on s'y sent bien et il ne manque rien. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Un séjour Inoubliable à Leucate

Nous remercions les propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques pour la mise à disposition de leur belle maison. Tout est organisé pour passer un merveilleux séjour à 6 personnes. Le gîte est spacieux et très bien équipé,fonctionnel:le linge mis à disposition , le jardin et les différentes terrasses pour s'installer ou s'isoler, la piscine , les chambres confortables au rez-de-chaussée. Située dans le village de Leucate mais au calme,nous avons profité de la plage et des pistes cyclables,du marché et des boutiques artisanales. Nous recommandons ce gîte !

Toller Urlaub in Leucate!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Leucate verlebt. Das Haus liegt am Randes des alten Ortskerns und dieser ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, mit Restaurants, ausgewählten Geschäften und Flair. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet jeden Komfort. Da die Besitzer Teile des Jahres selbst im Haus leben, gibt es dort alles, was man als Familie braucht. Mehrere Essplätze, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, eine Garage zur Nutzung, einen kleinen Pool... Es ist alles da! Katia und Pierre sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Weil kein Bus fuhr, haben Sie uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Le gîte est très bien équipé, et au calme. De plus, il est très bien situé, nous avons pu réaliser la majeur partie de nos déplacements en vélo.
