You’re just outside Carcassonne and its famous medieval citadel. The holiday cottage’s location gives you the opportunity to visit several must-see sites, such as the Canal du Midi—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—or the book village of Montolieu, or to explore the Capitelles d’Aragon trail.

From the holiday cottage, you can set out to explore the many hiking and mountain biking trails through the garrigue scrubland surrounding the village. Le Jas is situated on a 12,000 m² property wooded with holm oaks, which you’ll share with the owner. On-site, you’ll enjoy a private terrace with a pergola of approximately 15 m², complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There’s also a shared Piscine (9.50 x 4.70 m, depth ranging from 1.30 m to 2 m), a pool house, and a ping-pong table.

The single-story holiday cottage includes:

_an air-conditioned living room/kitchen with a 140-size sofa bed, opening onto the terrace.

_a bedroom with one 160-size bed, adjoining the bathroom.

_Bathroom.

_Separate toilet.

Private parking next to the holiday cottage.

Sheets, towels, and housekeeping are available as optional extras for an additional fee.

    Un lieu très apaisant et un accueil très chaleureux et disponible. Le gîte est très bien équipé, très propre, très calme. Bonne disposition des pièces. Accès au gîte et terrasse individualisés agréables. Très bel espace extérieur. Piscine très propre et laissée à disposition.
    La région est magnifique et très riche de visites et balades à faire.
    Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et disponible. De bon conseil pour vos envies d'évasion. Nous recommandons et gardons cette bonne adresse.

    Nous avons rarement louer un gîte avec autant de satisfaction. Tout est très bien, l'accueil, la qualité et l'equipement du gîte, tout est parfait et fait pour s'y sentir bien. Mr Denjean est très attentionné et très réactif.

    Excellent accueil, un endroit très calme,le gîte est tout confort, literie excellente ,la piscine est super, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et bien reposé on recommande en plus très proche de la cité de Carcassonne et bien d'autres choses à visiter on a hâte d'y retourner !!!!!!!.
