Le Grand Gîte

A large, detached Holiday cottage in the heart of the Mountain Noire, ideal for tribal holidays, combining nature, peace and quiet and outdoor activities.

In the heart of the Mountain Noire, you'll enjoy a privileged environment where nature dominates, with deep forests, lakes and hiking trails. From Caudebronde, you can easily reach the emblematic sites of the Aude and Tarn regions, including the Cathar castles and the unspoilt landscapes of the Haut-Languedoc. The owner, who is also a reflexologist, contributes to the Wellbeing atmosphere of the estate, which is popular with families, cyclists and horse riders.

The first floor features a convivial layout: a large living room with open-plan kitchen, equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and kettle. The dining room and living room complete this space, the latter offering a vast 50 m² reception room equipped with a video projector. A toilet is also available on this level.
Upstairs, you'll find a shower room with two showers, a separate WC and four comfortable bedrooms, all installed on the same level to simplify group stays.

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90x190 (can be twinned on request), approx. 10 m².
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x190, approx. 10 m².
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90x190, approx. 10 m².

Outside, you'll enjoy a private garden in front of the Holiday cottage, while the rest of the grounds are shared with the owners and another accommodation. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue to make the most of fine weather. The private swimming pool (7m × 5m, depth 1.20m), secured by a bar cover, is open from June 1 to September 30.
Private parking is available on the estate. Heating is extra from November 1 to May 1. Quiet surroundings, views of the Mountain and wide open spaces are among the Holiday cottage's major assets.
