Would you like to stay in a Holiday cottage near Narbonne and enjoy a swimming pool to cool off after a day of sightseeing? Then this Holiday cottage is for you!


You'll be able to discover all the treasures of the nearby region: Narbonne and its Musée de la Romanité, the UNESCO World Heritage Canal du Midi, the famous library at Le Somail, Fontfroide Abbey, which has been used as a film set, the African Reserve at Sigean and the charming village of Gruissan. Its location will also enable you to enjoy days or evenings by the Sea.

Wine lovers will be delighted by tastings in the surrounding vineyards. Whether you're looking for nature, history or gastronomic delights, the Marcorignan area offers a multitude of activities to suit all tastes.



On site, enjoy a garden with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking the swimming pool, ideal for convivial moments in fine weather. The Piscine (to be shared with the owners) measures 8x4m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1m60, and is open from mid-June to mid-September (possibility of opening before and after, depending on the weather). The Piscine will be entirely private in the mornings and shared in the afternoons, so there are no closing times for free access.



Holiday cottage on one level and adjoining the owners' house with independent access, it includes:

- A living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, espresso coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, oven, mini-oven), a dining table and a sitting area with sofa and TV.

- Bedrooms in a row: bedroom 1 with a 140x190cm bed and bedroom 2 with two 90x200cm Bunk beds (bedroom 2 closes with a sliding door).

- En-suite shower room: shower, WC.

Private, secure parking inside the property for 2 cars.
