Just 20 minutes from the famous city of Carcassonne, this Holiday cottage is the starting point for many of the sites in the Cathar region. In the evening, the walled courtyard with its garden furniture is the perfect place to relax. 18 km from Carcassonne, in the heart of the small village of Limousis, famous for its cave, this renovated character house opens onto a walled courtyard (approx. 40 m2), equipped with a private terrace (not overlooked), barbecue and garden furniture.
From the village, a number of hiking and walking trails lead to the Black Mountain. The Cathar castles of Lastours are 5 minutes away. Swimming at Lake Pradelles Cabardes 35 min away.
First floor: living room/kitchen with fireplace (1/2 stere offered), electric oven and induction hob, opening onto terrace. Utility room. Gaming room with table soccer and 2 bicycles. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 3 double beds (140 cm) and 1 baby bed, bathroom-wc.

    Le gîte est très agréable. Le petit village hyper calme ; Très bien pour se ressourcer. Les habitants du village agréables, polis et souriants. Le boulanger qui passe tous les matins et qui s'arrête juste à côté du gîte : nous avons adoré. Les hôtesses très gentilles, discrètes et arrangeantes. C'était vraiment gentil de leur part de nous avoir offert des légumes de leur jardin. Notre séjour fut très agréable. Nous avons visité de beaux sites tels que la grotte du Limousis, le gouffre de Cabesprine, les 4 châteaux de Lastours. Une superbe région à visiter. Le seul hic c'est le problème de réseau que nous avons rencontré. Sinon c'est un gîte que nous recommandons

    Gîte au calme et agréable malgré la chaleur. Électroménager qui mériterait d'être mis au goût du jour. Propriétaire agréable et très réactive.
    Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

    tres bonnes accueil par la propriétaire ainsi que de tres nombreuses explications sur les sites de visite aux alentours.
