The owner will welcome you to the estate with complete autonomy, water and electricity, allowing you to reconnect with the wild and unspoilt nature. From the enclosed terrace with garden furniture, and the open-air terrace, you'll enjoy breathtaking views over the surrounding garrigue, ideal for numerous walks and mountain bike rides.

From the estate, take the small road to the Mediterranean beaches (22 km) and the resorts of Port la Nouvelle and Leucate, where you can sample the oysters of the étang (access to the estate via a gravel road).
You're on the Cathar route, with easy access to historic sites such as the castles of Aguilar, Peyrepertuse and Quéribus, and the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse.
You'll also be close to the Cathar Trail (2 km) and the famous Sigean African reserve.
On-site parking and a fully private patio terrace. The Holiday cottage is located at a corner of the sheepfold and is totally independent from the Bed and breakfast and the owner's accommodation. There is no facing building. The Holiday cottage comprises an entrance hall with seating area opening onto the terrace, kitchen (fridge, gas hob, electric kettle and coffee maker), living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchenette and dining area.
