In the heart of the island of Sainte-Lucie, between Sea and lagoons, where the wind shapes the landscape and time seems suspended, this new Holiday cottage opens its doors to you for an experience that's both simple... and deeply precious.
Accessible only on foot or by bike, far from the hustle and bustle of modern life, you'll enter a world of unspoilt nature, in the heart of a unique nature reserve in the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park. Designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people, the Holiday cottage combines discreet comfort with authenticity. There's nothing superfluous here: the essential is elsewhere. In the morning light over the ponds, in the birdsong, in the conversations that stretch on into the night. The walls, steeped in history, a former monastic estate that became a farm and then a hunting lodge, tell the story of the place in their own way. Holiday cottage on 1st floor: Living room: 140x190cm sofa bed with open, fully-equipped kitchen (pod coffee maker, kettle, fridge, pellet stove (supplied), microwave oven, fridge).

From Mandirac parking lot: approx. 40 minutes by bike, 3 hours by foot. Kayak access from the Canal de la Robine and Gruissan. Price includes evening meal + breakfast for 4 people. 60€ per additional person (5th and 6th person). On-site seminar room available for hire. You're on the Eurovélo8: one of the major cycling routes linking Spain to Greece. The refuge de Sainte Lucie is a "accueil vélo" site. The bike room is equipped with tools and electric sockets for recharging VAEs... (subject to availability of electric batteries). You're on foot on the Gulf Antique trail, which takes 3 days (70 km) to complete, or at the start of the GR 367, the legendary Cathar trail, a 250 km itinerary from the beaches of the Grande Bleue to the balcony of the Pyrenees. You can stroll around the island (2 circuits: 3 kms or 7 kms), swim in the nearby Sea, or go fishing if you like... And for birdwatchers, the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park is a major migration area.
