You’ll find all the shops you need, as well as a Piscine with a play area and a hot tub, just 5 minutes away in the neighboring village.
Whitewater sports enthusiasts will be delighted by the activities available along the Aude River, with numerous outfitters for rafting, canoeing, and much more. The area around the village also offers an ideal playground for hiking or mountain biking, with marked trails that will take you to the ridges, where you’ll discover breathtaking views.
Carcassonne is just an hour’s drive away, and the Mediterranean Sea is an hour and a half away, allowing you to discover cultural treasures and unique coastal landscapes. Ski resorts are accessible in just 40 minutes.
As for the holiday cottage: it offers all the necessary comforts to ensure you have a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, a separate kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace insert welcome you. On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet are at your disposal. On the second floor, two bedrooms—one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm)—await you for peaceful nights. You will also have access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, adjoining the owners’ honey house and farmyard.
Housekeeping is included to ensure a worry-free stay, but sheets and towels are not provided.
Non-smoking holiday cottage. Pets are not allowed.

Grande maison très agréable, vaste, d'une propreté irréprochable, au calme et parfaitement équipée. Salle de séjour spacieuse et lumineuse. Bluffé !!! La région mérite de rester au moins deux semaines, tant pour la montagne que la mer ou l'Espagne à 1h de route. Paysages à couper le souffle. Vue sur les montagnes face au gîte. Dépaysement garanti pour les citadins. Propriétaire très accueillante. Je recommande les croquants noisette de M. Perez, boulanger pâtissier à Axat, que nous a offerts la propriétaire

Les Belfortains Gîte en conformité avec le descriptif. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire qui nous a donné d'excellents conseils pour notre séjour (visites, sorties, restaurants ..)
Une place de parking privé en retrait de la route règle le problème de stationnement que l' étroitesse de la rue m'avait fait craindre.
Conclusion: séjour très agréable dans une région proche de la montagne et pas très éloignée de la mer.- Cleanliness

Bernier olivier Des propriétaires qui ont eu de la bienveillance à notre égard suite à une panne de voiture dès le début de notre séjour. Logement adapté pour une famille de 3 enfants.
