The whole accommodation is on one level. The bright living room features a comfortable sitting area with TV, opening onto a functional kitchen. This open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and kettle. An espresso coffee machine and washing machine-dryer are also available to make your stay easier. A bathroom with WC completes the agency. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: Bedroom 1: located on the second floor, 1 bed 160 x 200 cm, approx. 11 m2 Bedroom 2: located on the second floor, 2 beds 80 x 200 cm, approx. 7.5 m2 Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, ideal for meals and relaxing in fine weather.
