The Holiday cottage is ideally located in a quiet hilltop residence, just a stone's throw from the garrigues and hiking trails.

Just 600m from the Sea, it's a 10-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of the Aude. Numerous snack bars and restaurants can be found along the Beach, and shops (Pharmacy, supermarket, tabac presse, bakery) are 900m away. Along the beachfront promenade, you'll be able to enjoy beautiful bike rides while taking in the view of the beach. A 10-minute drive will take you to Saint-Pierre la Sea, where you can enjoy the local Market every day.

On site, the Holiday cottage has a shaded outdoor terrace with garden furniture, barbecue area and plancha.

The Holiday cottage is equipped with mosquito nets, and comprises on the ground floor:

a living room with TV, DVD player, sound bar and CD radio, and a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and freezer, opening onto a small garden with trees and garden furniture, and a terrace with plancha and garden furniture.
