The sandy beaches and Mediterranean resorts are only 15 minutes away. Many local shops (grocery store, Restaurant, bakery, Pharmacy, etc....). For walkers, numerous signposted footpaths criss-cross the vineyards and pine forests surrounding the village and, 100m from the Holiday cottage, the River Berre with its wild swimming spots. Starting point for numerous visits, a journey into the depths of Terra Vinea, one of France's most beautiful wine tourism sites is just 500m from the gîte, the Sigean African Reserve is 5 minutes away, Peyriac de Sea and its pontoon walk over the Etang du Doul, Narbonne la Romaine is 15 minutes away, Fontfroide Abbey, as well as the castles of the Pays Cathare. Public parking lot in front of the Holiday cottage.
The single-storey Holiday cottage comprises a large living room/kitchen opening onto the terrace, with garden furniture and plancha. Separate WC. 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90 and 1 bed 160), one with private shower room. Shower room with WC. Fully air-conditioned Holiday cottage.

Très beau gîte
5/5Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire Sophie avec des cadeaux très sympas 2 bouteilles de vin et un pot de miel, je le souligne car c'est devenu rare. La maison était décorée avec goût pour Noël. Le gîte est très confortable. la cuisine est bien équipée et j'ai pu cuisiné quasi comme à la maison. La literie est confortable. Juste une suggestion, Un fauteuil supplémentaire dans la partie salon serait le bienvenu.
Pour le départ, c'est Sylvain qui était présent et tout aussi agréable que sa femme.

5/5Couple très accueillant et à l’écoute des locataires. Très réactifs sur nos petits besoins et compréhensifs au moment de notre départ. Logement très agréable.

5/5Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire avec petits cadeaux de bienvenue , gite spacieux , très propre, déco soignée, sobre, très bien situé pour les visites , literie très confortable, nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille malgré la météo, 5 jours de pluie sur 7.( alors qu'il n y avait pas plu depuis 2 ans).
