In the heart of the Mountain Noire, just a few minutes from the lakes and surrounded by meadows and forests, the Holiday cottage de Pery is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. This warm Holiday cottage offers a peaceful setting for a stay with family or friends, between relaxation and discovery.

Located in a hamlet 2 km from the village of Lacombe, in the Aude department, the Holiday cottage is set in unspoilt natural surroundings typical of the Mountain Noire. This region is renowned for its wooded landscapes, gentle hills and numerous lakes ideal for relaxation.

Nearby, you'll find the Lake de La Galaube, just a few minutes away, as well as the Lampy and Laprade lakes, which offer magnificent walking and leisure areas. The famous Cité de Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is also just 30 minutes away.

The area is particularly well suited to nature breaks: Hiking in the Mountain Noire, mountain bike trails and Forest walks, walks and relaxation around the lakes of La Galaube, Lampy and Laprade, fishing and water sports activities depending on the location. An ideal setting to unwind and enjoy the fresh air.

This Holiday cottage is attached to a house and has two levels:

First floor:
_A fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove, traditional coffee maker, washing machine), with dining area,
A living room with TV and decorative fireplace,

First floor:
_One bedroom with 140cm bed,
A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
A through bedroom with a 140cm bed and a baby bed, opening onto the last bedroom with a 140cm bed.

A garden in front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture.

Towels are not provided. Electric heating not included.
