This Holiday cottage allows you to enjoy a peaceful environment close to all the must-see sites. Whether you're a nature, history or gastronomy enthusiast, there are plenty of activities on offer. Hiking and mountain bike trails wind their way through vineyards and garrigue. For a relaxing day by the water, Fishing and the Mediterranean Beaches offer refreshing moments of pleasure. Thrill-seekers can explore the Limousis caves or the giant chasm at Cabrespine.
History and culture are also on the agenda, with the Cité de Carcassonne and its medieval castle, Cathar castles and thousand-year-old abbeys. And the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, invites you to take a leisurely stroll. Finally, medieval villages and local Markets let you soak up the region's authentic atmosphere.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owner's house, is all on one level. It is accessible from the parking area via a staircase, or directly from the street, without steps.

A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, small freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, 2 coffee machines (Senseo + Tassimo)),

A bathroom with shower, vanity unit and bidet,
A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, storage units and TV. It is air-conditioned.

Outside: a barbecue area (classic) and a covered area with garden furniture. A garden shared with the owner.

Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Small pets allowed under certain conditions.
