Just a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi in the heart of the Corbières vineyards, the village of Canet d'Aude offers an ideal location just 15 minutes from Narbonne la Romaine.
The Holiday cottage welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the sunshine of the Midi. Located in the heart of the village, you'll find several local shops less than 300m away (restaurants, grocery store, newsagents, bakery, etc.). The region offers a multitude of activities to do in the immediate vicinity: Hiking or cycling in the varied landscapes, visiting the natural and cultural heritage of the Narbonnaise regional nature park, the Sigean African reserve, the port of Le Somail, the beaches of the Aude coast, Fontfroide Abbey or the Cité de Carcassonne or Minerve.
The Holiday cottage on the second floor has its own private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, so you can make the most of your vacation.
On the ground floor, there's a communal garden, where you'll enjoy the shared Piscine open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm, from May to September, depending on the weather (dimensions: 3.50 x 7 m, depth 1.30 m), a boulodrome and several relaxation areas. The Holiday cottage has its own enclosed parking lot.
There's also a Wellbeing area in the garden, with a two-person whirlpool bath and a sauna. This area can be booked with the owners for €70 for 1 hour, for 2 people.

5/5Tout d'abord il faut souligner l'accueil des propriétaires...Chantal et Thierry sont très accueillants et gentils, sans compter qu'ils sont disponibles si vous avez besoin
Logement spacieux mélangeant moderne et ancien, seul bémol une des 2 douches un peu petite, mais il reste des solutions avec l'autre douche à l'italienne et la baignoire

Concernant la petite douche, elle a effectivement été rajoutée principalement pour répondre aux besoins des familles avec enfants et offrir une solution pratique lorsque le logement accueille plusieurs personnes .Nous sommes heureux que la douche a l'italienne et la baignoire aient su complété le confort de votre séjour. SEJOUR AGREABLE
4/5Séjour agréable malgré la forte chaleur. Clim dans la pièce principale et la cuisine, très moderne et pratique au demeurant.
Prévoir peut-être la clim dans les chbres, lors des fortes chaleur.

Votre satisfaction est notre plus grande récompense. Effectivement nous avoisinons actuellement les 40 degrés, les climatisations de chaque chambre sont indispensables, en cour d'installation et opérationnelles d'ici quelque jour. 4/5Merveilleux séjour chez Chantal et Thierry
Hospitalité, convivialité et bienveillance étaient au rendez-vous. Nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance et Chantal nous a gentiment permis d’accéder au gîte plus tôt. Pour le départ également, elle nous a proposé de partir un peu plus tard, ce qui était très appréciable avec un bébé.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés : l’emplacement du gîte, la facilité d’accès et la gentillesse de nos hôtes ne vous décevront pas.
Le seul petit point a améliorer serait la literie, qui laisse malheureusement un peu à désirer ; les matelas manquent de confort. Mais c’est vraiment le seul bémol de ce séjour
