In the heart of the Minervois region, the Holiday cottage de la Placette welcomes up to 11 people in a rustic and friendly house, ideal for tribal stays, between vineyards, Canal du Midi and Cathar sites.

Located in the village of Azille, in the heart of the Minervois audois region, Holiday cottage de la Placette is an excellent base from which to discover an area shaped by vines, water and stone. The surrounding wine-growing countryside invites you to take a stroll and meet the local producers, while nearby Lake Jouarres offers a popular base for outdoor activities. In Homps, the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, can be explored on foot or by bike in a peaceful, shady atmosphere. Further afield, the abbey of Caunes-Minervois captivates with its red marble and natural setting, while the medieval town of Minerve, perched high above the gorges, offers spectacular views and a remarkable heritage.
This Semi-detached house, with no immediate proximity to the owners, offers a rustic and traditional atmosphere, perfectly suited to family stays or groups of up to 11 people, in a quiet environment. On the first floor, you'll find a pleasant living and dining room, equipped with a TV, and opening onto a functional kitchen. This includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and kettle. Several types of coffee maker are available: filter, Italian and Senseo. A bedroom, shower room and WC complete this level. The living room, first floor and first-floor landing are air-conditioned for optimum comfort, and there's an additional convivial space in the basement for sharing moments in all seasons. It comprises a second living room with table soccer, a large dining table for up to 16 people, a TV area with sofa, a second kitchen equipped with fridge and microwave, and a shower room with toilet. There's also a 6-seater Jacuzzi for relaxing moments after days of discovery. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises three additional bedrooms, plus a shower room and separate toilet, allowing each guest to enjoy their own privacy.
