In the heart of the Mountain Noire, in the small village of Cubserviès, this Holiday cottage invites you to immerse yourself in an unspoilt environment. Nearby, you can explore the famous Cathar castles of Lastours, the majestic Cabrespine cave or stroll through the narrow streets of the medieval city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The surrounding forests, lakes and hiking trails provide the ideal backdrop for nature lovers, pickers and mountain hikers.
The Holiday cottage de la Cascade is a detached house, not overlooked or close to the owners, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The atmosphere is calm and authentic, perfect for a couple or a small family looking to recharge their batteries.
On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle), a cosy living room and a dining room with TV and panoramic views over the valley.
Floor 1 features a shower room, separate WC and a first bedroom (12 m²) with a standard double bed (160x200).
Floor 2 features a second living room with fireplace, ideal for evenings by the fire.
Finally, on the top level, the second 12 m² bedroom features a standard double bed (140x190).

Outside, you'll enjoy two terraces, one of them shaded, equipped with garden furniture, perfect for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation. The terraces open onto a remarkable natural panorama, with exceptional views.
Parking is available on the public highway 50 meters away. Utilities included.
