The Holiday cottage, a Semi-detached house for up to 4 people, features a functional first floor with a bright living room. The open-plan kitchen opens directly onto the terrace and is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and Senseo coffee maker. On the same level, you'll find a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a first bedroom. Upstairs, a small mezzanine lounge opens onto the living room, providing a pleasant place to relax before moving on to the second bedroom. The bedrooms are organized as follows: Bedroom 1 on the first floor: bed 160x200 - surface area 6.5 m² Bedroom 2 on the first floor: 2 beds 90x190 - surface area 8.5 m² Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, ideal for outdoor meals. Private parking on the plot or in the garage makes your stay easier. The garage also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. Air-conditioning enhances comfort in all seasons.
