The house has retained the charm of its original features—the staircase, authentic terracotta tiles, a pink marble fireplace, wooden beams, and lime-washed walls—while adding a few modern comforts, notably air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The ground floor features a large, sunny 30-square-meter patio equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas griddle, an entryway leading directly to a living room with an open kitchen, a living room with a TV, and a separate restroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (with two single beds and one double bed), a bathroom with a toilet, a walk-in closet, and a balcony.
