Holiday cottage with beautiful views of the royal fortresses of Peyrepertuse and Queribus, on the outskirts of a typical Corbières village in a recently built housing estate. The Holiday cottage is attached to two houses, with two terraces and an adjoining small garden. Small lake with waterfall and swimming facilities 3 km away. Signposted walks with the GR36 and Sentier Cathare nearby. Visit the village of Cucugnan 5km away and the Gorges de Galamus 18km. Inns and small shops 500 m away. The must-see sites of Carcassonne and Collioure are 1h 30 from the Holiday cottage.
Holiday cottage comprises: Ground floor: large entrance porch garage with utility room. 1st floor: living room with sofa and fitted kitchen opening onto 2 terraces, the 1st to the south overlooking the Château de Quéribus, and the 2nd to the north onto a small Mediterranean rock garden of approx. 50m² overlooking the Château de Peyrepertuse. WC and storage space. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (160cm), bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Heating included, cleaning products available. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. End-of-stay cleaning included.

PJN Sehr ruhiges, gut ausgestattetes Domizil
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen 150 Seelen Gemeinde direkt unterhalb der Burg Peyrepertuse. Es handelt sich um ein Reihenmittelhaus mit kleinem Steingarten, Balkon, 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad mit WC, zusätzlich Gäste WC, einem Ess-Wohnraum mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und einem Unterstellplatz für das Auto. Die Wohnung ist für Familien bis 4 Personen gut geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Wir fanden die Matrazen in den Betten hervorragend. Überhaupt ist die Ruhe, insbesondere nachts wunderbar. Man schläft wie ein Murmeltier. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Neben der üblichen Ausstattung gibt es einen Elektrogrill und sogar eine Plancha. Der kleine Laden im Ort ist täglich vormittags ab 09 Uhr geöffnet und hat frisches Baguette und Croissants und alles was man so braucht. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwas weiter weg. Im Ort gibt es mindestens 3 Restaurants (jahreszeitabhängig), von denen 2 sehr empfehlenswert sind. Für Wanderfreunde ist dieses Haus und der Ort sehr geeignet. Es gibt unzählige Wanderrouten in der Umgebung. Im Nachbarort eine hervorragende Bäckerei, die man auf jeden Fall besuchen sollte. Für Elektrofahrzeuge bessteht eine Lademöglichkeit über Schuko vor Ort. Im Ort gibt es eine Reveo Ladesäule, die sehr günstig mit der Reveo-Karte und andere Karten (jedoch nicht über die App) funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie hat uns den Umgang mit dem Haus sehr geduldig erklärt. Außerdem hat sie uns noch sehr viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Vielen Dank. Insgesamt haben wird den Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen und können es ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.
