The Holiday cottage is attached to two houses, with two terraces and an adjoining small garden. Small lake with waterfall and swimming facilities 3 km away. Signposted walks with the GR36 and Sentier Cathare nearby. Visit the village of Cucugnan 5km away and the Gorges de Galamus 18km. Inns and small shops 500 m away. The must-see sites of Carcassonne and Collioure are 1h 30 from the Holiday cottage.
Holiday cottage comprises: Ground floor: large entrance porch garage with utility room. 1st floor: living room with sofa and fitted kitchen opening onto 2 terraces, the 1st to the south overlooking the Château de Quéribus, and the 2nd to the north onto a small Mediterranean rock garden of approx. 50m² overlooking the Château de Peyrepertuse. WC and storage space. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (160cm), bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Heating included, cleaning products available. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. End-of-stay cleaning included.
