Situated in a quiet housing estate on the edge of the Countryside, the Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering the riches of the Carcassonnais region. From the property, there are numerous Hiking trails to explore the surrounding hilly landscapes and pine forests. Sports enthusiasts will also appreciate free access to the nearby tennis courts, with rackets and balls on loan. Just 20 minutes away, the famous medieval city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi open their doors to you for days of discovery of the region's heritage, walks and gastronomy. The villages of the Cabardès, the vineyards of character and the many natural sites of the Aude complete the tourist offer of this authentic region. Your hosts, based in the Semi-detached house, will be happy to advise you on the most beautiful Hiking trails and local activities, while remaining particularly discreet in order to preserve your peace and quiet. Adjoining the owners' house but totally independent, Le Clos du Petit Bois welcomes you in a comfortable and carefully appointed interior: Ground floor: _Luminous living room with sitting area equipped with a large sofa and TV, fully-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area.

Upstairs: _One bedroom with 160cm bed, _One bedroom with Bunk beds, _One bathroom with bath and WC, _One furnished office. Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant private terrace with garden furniture and gas plancha, ideal for outdoor meals. The private Jacuzzi and Piscine will let you enjoy the sunny days to the full while admiring the view of the surrounding hills. Access to tennis courts nearby. Private parking on site.
