Holiday cottage located in Cuxac-Cabardès, in a peaceful setting in the heart of the Mountain Noire. You're just 30 minutes from Carcassonne and its UNESCO-listed ramparts, near the castles of Lastours, the caves of Cabrespine and Limousis, or the paper mills of Brousses and Passerelle de Mazamet.
For nature lovers and swimmers, nearby are the Laprade Lake (Nautical Base) and the Mountain Lake (Nautical Base with inflatable games, mini golf and accrobranche). The surrounding Hiking trails take you through forests, ridges and spectacular panoramas.

The Holiday cottage is entirely on one level, with an entrance hall leading to a bright living room opening onto a fully-equipped terrace, ideal for outdoor meals. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. A laundry room with washing machine, ironing facilities and cleaning products is also at your disposal.
The sleeping area comprises three comfortable bedrooms:
- One with a 160x200 bed and storage space.
- One bedroom with a 90x200 bed and storage space.
- One bedroom with two 90x200 beds and storage space.

The bathroom has a bathtub. Toilets are separate.

Outside, you'll enjoy a large meadow, perfect for games or relaxation, as well as a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. Private parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage for your convenience.
