This single-storey, independent Holiday cottage comprises: entrance hall, separate toilet, living room opening onto terrace, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom with storage space and 160x200 bed, second bedroom with storage space and 90x200 bed, final bedroom with storage space and 2 90x200 beds. Bathroom with bath, laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. Cleaning products supplied.
A large adjoining meadow, and a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, will enable you to enjoy this peaceful setting. Parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage.
You have access to a swimming pool (7x13m) 50m from the Holiday cottage, shared with other holidaymakers on the site (4 families).
You're 30 minutes from Carcassonne, the Pays Cathare site of Châteaux Lastours and the caves of Cabrespine and Limousis. Also worth seeing: the Brousses paper mill. The village and shops are 1.5km away.

Séjour parfait
5/5Tout était absolument parfait!
L'accueil des propriétaires, le calme absolu du gîte, la piscine partagée.
Le gîte est très bien équipé, nous avons apprécié son confort et le barbecue ainsi que le hamac et les jeux à disposition.
Nous étions très bien situés pour partir à la découverte de la Cité de Carcassonne et du pays audois. Un séjour parfait!

Gîte bien situé au calme et à la fraîcheur , bien agencé et bien équipée pour toute la famille .
Les propriétaires sont très sympa , à l’écoute et disponible si besoin . Plein de chose a voir à proximité , piscine non chauffée mais très agréable et bien entretenu

5/5Une très bon accueil avec un petit présent à l arrivée. Un très beau gîte agréable, lumineux propre et calme . Le seul petit bémol c'est le manque de wifi surtout quand on a des ados mais bon on passe le temps à s occuper et se reconnecter en famille pour les parents c'est pas plus mal .
