Nestled on the banks of the River Aude, the house offers a pleasant coolness, particularly welcome after days of intense summer exploration. Immersed in the heart of the Pays de la Haute Vallée de l'Aude, an area ideal for vacations focused on discovering the environment, gastronomy and rich heritage of the Pays Cathare, the heights of the village reveal majestic panoramas of mountains as far as the eye can see.
There's plenty to do on site, from short, picturesque hikes to fishing along the river. An accompanying guide is available for those wishing to explore the surrounding area in greater depth. The charming cities of Quillan and Limoux are 5 and 20 minutes away respectively, while the famous Carcassonne is an hour's drive away. Just 3 kilometers away, a nautical and leisure base offers a refreshing alternative.
The Holiday cottage is on the first floor of the owners' house, with a single step up to the shower room. A 50 m² courtyard terrace, overlooking the river, is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments. Inside, the Holiday cottage comprises a living room/kitchen with sleeping facilities, a bedroom with a double bed (180cm) that can be separated into 2 single beds (90cm), and a single bed (90cm), as well as a bathroom with toilet. Owners with four-legged friends will be delighted to know that dogs are welcome, as long as they don't share the beds.

Excellent séjour
5/5Excellent séjour. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien, tout le linge (draps, serviettes, torchons) sont fournis. Le cadre est très beau avec la rivière à côté. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et délivrent pleins de renseignements sur les lieux à visiter, restaurants…

Un chouette séjour !
5/5Nous avons passé deux nuits en famille dans le gîte Le Clos des Colverts, dont le soir du réveillon de Noël. Nous avons été conquis dès notre arrivée. Un accueil charmant, un gîte propre, très bien équipé et joliment décoré (avec des décorations de Noël supplémentaires pour le plus grand plaisir de notre fille). L’environnement est agréable avec l’Aude juste devant la terrasse. Et pour finir, un excellent rapport qualité-prix qui inclut les draps et les serviettes. En bref, ravis ! Merci encore et bonne année.

5/5Une fracture au pied n'aura pas réussi à gâcher mon séjour au Clos des Colverts : j'ai passé un excellent séjour de farniente ! Accueil super, situation idéale au bord de la rivière, village sympa qui a su garder quelques commerces dont une épicerie et un bar-restaurant, climat parfait, gîte très pratique. Notez que la proximité de l'eau ici ne provoque pas la venue des moustiques, ni un bruit qui vous empêcherait de dormir.
