With privileged access from the garden, you can enjoy unforgettable strolls along the ramparts of the medieval city's emblematic site. Its proximity to the banks of the Aude invites you to enjoy the green spaces and idyllic setting that surround it. Cross the pont-vieux and let yourself be carried away on a tour of the historic center of the bastide Saint-Louis, right next to the UNESCO World Heritage Canal du Midi. A little further afield, the Cathar castles of Lastours, Saissac and Quéribus will also add to your approval. If you fancy a swim, the Lake de la Cavayère or the beaches of the Aude coast, just an hour's drive away, offer an invigorating Mediterranean break, while you can explore the rich cultural heritage of Narbonne, with its Saint-Just cathedral, and the natural heritage of the Clape massif.

The plot covers a total surface area of 5,000m². In a pleasant, leafy setting, with a breathtaking view of the Cité, this Holiday cottage is spread over 3 levels: on the first floor, an entrance that doubles as a dining room, a living room with TV, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom and separate toilet. On the garden level, a dining area with a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a shower, and a bedroom with two 90cm double beds. Access to the terrace is from the rear of the Holiday cottage, with a large garden and various outdoor lunch and dinner locations.

    Avis mitigé

    Très belle propriété, magnifiquement située, mais assez mal entretenue.
    De plus, le "parking intérieur" annoncé n'était pas accessible (décision de la municipalité, pas des propriétaires),ce qui obligeait à gravir les 50 marches de l'autre entrée à chaque fois, notamment avec le bagages...

    Accueil très courtois et très dévoué.maison d'un autre âge , mais répondant à ce qu'on souhaitait : très proche de la cité de Carcassonne, et suffisamment centrale pour l'organisation de la visite de ce merveilleux département et tous ces petits villages plus beaux les uns que les autres.logement nous apportant un confort simple mais efficace et surtout un calme réparateur après les visites journalières avec un salon télé hyper confortable. Merci à (S) Denise, on ne vous oubliera pas.

    Accueil très aimable, logement parfait pour découvrir et profiter de la Cité de Carcassonne tout en étant au calme. Logement très propre et bien équipé. Grand terrain clos, idéal pour notre Montagne des Pyrénées.

    L'emplacement est incroyable, ainsi que la maison et le parc de 5000 M2!! Incroyable !! Le parc donne directement sur les remparts de la cité du château.
    La maison est très grande, ancienne maison de Maître. La décoration est ancienne, mais plutôt agréable. Elle garde la fraîcheur ce qui est extrêmement appréciable en cas de fortes chaleurs. Les chambres sont séparées par des escaliers, et des niveaux différents.
    Nous avons passés un très bon séjour en famille et découvert Carcassonne et les châteaux Cathares.
    Attention aux moustiques ds la région !!
