You’re ideally situated to explore iconic sites such as Fontfroide Abbey or the historic village of Lagrasse, renowned for its medieval heritage and cultural events. History buffs will also appreciate the proximity to the Cathar castles that dot the landscape, while the Mediterranean, just a 30-minute drive away, offers its beaches and unspoiled lagoons. This single-story, detached bungalow features a functional and inviting layout. You’ll enjoy a pleasant living area with an open-concept living room and fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and kettle, as well as a Senseo coffee maker. The kitchen opens onto a bright veranda offering a beautiful view of the garrigue and equipped with a gas grill, ideal for extending your meals in any season. The living room, complete with a TV, rounds out this cozy living space. A bathroom and a separate toilet are also available.
The bedrooms are laid out as follows:

Bedroom 1: 160x200 bed, approximately 12 m²
Bedroom 2: two beds 90x190, approximately 10 m²

Outside, you’ll enjoy a private garden perfect for relaxation, as well as a shaded patio furnished with garden furniture and lounge chairs. The private Piscine (3.5 x 7 m, depth 1.80 m), secured with a bar-style cover, is a real highlight on sunny days. Parking is available on the property, and utilities are included. The owners, who live nearby, are discreet but available if needed.
