Come and stay in part of the 11th-century Château de Canet

Ideally located in the heart of the village of Canet, in the vineyards of the Corbières, 30 minutes from the medieval town of Carcassonne, 15 minutes from Roman Narbonne and the Mediterranean beaches of Gruissan, this Holiday cottage is a haven of peace and quiet.
Canet will be the starting point for your many walks and bike rides along the nearby Canal du Midi.

In the village, you'll find a wide range of local shops.

On site, you'll enjoy the 500m² enclosed private park, with garden furniture, barbecue and Kids' games (swing, pétanque, badminton).

The premises are as follows:
First floor:
_ A living room with TV, decorative fireplace and access to a terrace and the park.
A separate toilet,
_ Dining room with open kitchen (hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo pod machine and classic electric coffeemaker),
Second floor:
_ A bedroom with a 3-bed Bunk bed 90x190, communicating with a bedroom with a 180x200 bed, and a private shower room with basin, shower and toilet.
_ A second bedroom with a 160x190 bed and en-suite bathroom with vanity unit, corner bath and toilet,
_ A bedroom with a 160x200 bed accessed by a narrow but authentic stone spiral staircase, leading to a mezzanine overlooking the bedroom and offering 1 190x190 bed (can be divided) this large suite has a bathroom with whirlpool bath for 2 and W.C.
_ From this stone staircase, you'll also have access to a medieval bedroom under the roof, with a 140x190 four-poster bed and a 90x170 four-poster bed for Kids.

For vehicles, an open courtyard can accommodate up to 2 cars, or a little further on, the church parking lot is free.
Obligatory cleaning to be paid on arrival 180€.
