Le Cazal

In a village close to Carcassonne (12km) and the Canal du Midi, gîte located in a farmhouse with attached garage, opening onto a large, quiet, shaded, unenclosed courtyard.

This old house stays cool in summer. The owners, winegrowers, live on the other side of the courtyard, and will be happy to share their passion for their profession with you, with a "technical" visit of the Vineyard, as well as a tasting of the wines they produce, from the vines on the southern slopes of the Mountain Noire, on the Cabardès terroir and elaborated by their son Arnaud. A 25m² terrace with garden furniture is adjacent and private.

The Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor a large living room with a sitting area equipped with sofas, TV and a wood-burning stove, as well as a table adapted to the capacity of the cottage, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a second bedroom with twin 90cm beds, and a third bedroom with a 90cm bed. Shower room with Italian-style shower, double washbasin and separate WC.
