. There's everything you need to enjoy your vacation without taking the car. The banks of the Aude and the historic center of Bastide St-Louis with the Canal du Midi are also easily accessible on foot or by bike. There are two places to cool off: the aqualudic center and Lake de la Cavayère, both in Carcassonne.

Near Carcassonne, you can visit all the treasures of the region: the natural landscapes of the Mountain Noire (lakes, waterfalls, Limousis caves, Gouffre Géant de Cabrespine), the Cathar castles of Lastours or Saissac, Lagrasse classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, the Haute Vallée de l'Aude with its massifs or the plains of the Lauragais.
