You can visit all the treasures of Carcassonne on foot!

Swimming spots to cool off are just a short drive away: the Lake de la Cavayère or the Espace Aqualudique. You'll also be able to explore the magnificent natural landscapes of the Black Mountain, the beautiful villages of the Aude (Lagrasse, Montolieu, Caunes-Minervois...), the Cathar castles of Saissac and Lastours or the Alaric Massif, and the Sea is just 50 minutes away.

On site, the Holiday cottage has an outdoor area with a balcony equipped with garden furniture, where you can relax and admire the panoramic view from which you can soar during your stay in Carcassonne! A private parking space is available for your car. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, but is equipped with an elevator.

The air-conditioned Holiday cottage opens onto a large living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A separate bathroom (bath, washbasin, WC). One bedroom with 160cm bed. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning provided. Baby bed available on request. WIFI connection. Pets allowed at extra charge (€20/pet/stay).

    tres bon sejour

    Mis a part que notre véhicule ne rentrait pas dans le garage (entrée trop étroite), nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. L'appartement est bien et joliment aménagé, confortable et la vue du balcon est très agréable et bien situé.

    séjour mi figue-mi raisin

    accueil inexistant ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ, envoi message avec instructions !!un peu cavalier !!boite à clef, surprenant pour un Gite de France! appartement propre, pièce principale bien, idem pour la chambre, bonne literie, salle de bains vieillotte plus au goût du jour. .ustensiles de cuisine limités. Immeuble datant, quartier pas très attractif. Pour le garage, quant un riverain, n'en gêne pas l'accès, c'est très bien. Le point fort de cet appartement est sa superbe vue sur la chaine pyrénéennes. Enfin, absence de notices quelles qu'elles soient tant pour la télévision notamment que pour le médical (médecins à proximité, etc....)

    Bonjour Madame, merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de votre ressenti. Vous avez apprécié le confort du gîte, notamment, sa situation, sa vue ... au coeur de la ville... sa propreté et sa literie. J'en suis ravie.
    Concernant l'accueil : Celui ci est en effet délégué à une conciergerie qui assure un suivi très complet de chaque arrivée et répond très facilement à chaque sollicitation, que se soit par téléphone ou même en visio si nécessaire. C'est d'ailleurs, comme cela que je vous ai expliqué le bon fonctionnement de la TV.

    Appartement parfait pour un sejour a 2

    Petit appartmenent joliment décoré avec une tres jolie vue sur les Pyrénées au loin.
    Tout etait clair dans les informations a l'arrivée, l'appartement etait tres bien equipé et bien situé!

    Appartement bien situé

    Appartement avec garage pour la voiture, bien situé, tout se fait à pied, proximité commerces, centre ville et château. Propre et bien agencé, séjour parfait.

    L'appartement nous a particulièrement bien plu.

    Il est très bien situé concernant le centre ville de Carcassonne, de la cité médiévale mais également des voix rapides nous permettant d'aller facilement sur Toulouse où notre fils habite ou vers Narbonne puis vers l'Espagne.

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
