Secluded Holiday cottage in a natural setting, 4kms from the village, 15kms from Minerve, in the heart of a Minervois estate surrounded by olive trees, pine forests and garrigues. Mountain biking and GR77 to Minerve. Piscine and archeological site in the village.
Large terrace and wooded grounds with garden furniture. Outdoor games with swing, ping pong table, pétanque court, mountain bikes available.
This Holiday cottage can be adapted for disabled guests, as it has a bathroom and an adapted toilet on the first floor, and it is possible to fit a bed.
There is also a kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms with 3 140cm beds, 2 80cm beds and 2 90cm beds. 2 shower rooms and 2 separate WCs.
Electric heating included. Possibility of tasting wines from the cooperative. Wood for the fireplace provided.

5/5Petit regroupement familiale pendant trois jours dans ce bel endroit.
Le gîte entouré d’oliviers et d’amandiers est très confortable et spacieux.
Les propriétaires d’une très grande gentillesse et à l’écoute.
