Just a few minutes from Carcassonne, "Le Cabardes" is an ideal base for discovering the west of the Aude region in a peaceful setting, between heritage, vineyards and nature. From the Holiday cottage, you can quickly reach the famous medieval city, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for an immersion in history or a stroll along the ramparts. Lovers of discovery will also appreciate the Cabardès Vineyard, with its unique Atlantic and Mediterranean influences, as well as Montolieu, the book village known for its bookshops and craft workshops. The nearby Canal du Midi invites you to go for a walk or a bike ride, while the Mountain Noire and its caves offer an ideal playground for nature outings. This Holiday cottage, a detached house with no close proximity to the owners, can accommodate up to 8 people. On the first floor, you'll find a pleasant living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and kettle. A separate toilet is also available on this level. A washing machine is available in the utility room. The living room is located in an outbuilding about 20 m from the Holiday cottage, offering a separate space for quiet gatherings. Upstairs, the sleeping area is divided over two levels. The second floor has three bedrooms, plus a bathroom and separate toilet on the landing. The bedrooms are as follows: Bedroom 1, on the 1st floor, with a 140x190 bed, 11 m². Bedroom 2, on the 1st floor, with a 140x190 bed, 11 m². Bedroom 3, on the 1st floor, located in the outbuilding opposite the Holiday cottage, with a 160x200 bed, private shower room and WC, 25 m². Bedroom 4, on the 2nd floor, with a 160x200 bed, private shower room and WC, 15 m².

Outside, you'll enjoy a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue, plus a shaded terrace ideal for meals in fine weather. A private, gated swimming pool, 4 m in diameter and 1.20 m deep, is open from May to the end of September. A garage provides parking for two cars. Utilities included and the Holiday cottage has air conditioning.
