Nestled in a peaceful, unspoilt and deliberately secluded setting, this former hunting estate has been completely redesigned to offer top-of-the-range comfort and a contemporary atmosphere.

On the second floor, a living room with sitting and dining areas opening onto a terrace with garden furniture,
On the second floor, an attic suite with two 80cm beds that can be placed close together, TV, en-suite shower room with Italian shower and toilet.
_On the first floor, a fully-equipped, top-of-the-range kitchen (gas piano, dishwasher, coffee machine), opening onto a terrace with garden table and Egg barbecue (use subject to prefectural ban from June 15 to September 15),
Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, wine cellar and additional freezer,
A separate toilet,
A suite with 180cm bed, TV, dressing room and en-suite shower room with Italian shower and toilet.

Separate from the Holiday cottage, on the other side of the living room terrace, an office is at your disposal. From the front courtyard, an independent gaming room houses a bar area, pool table and table soccer.

Outside, enjoy a hectare of unfenced nature, ideal for relaxation and contemplation, to be explored freely thanks to an electric buggy at your disposal.
Sports enthusiasts will also appreciate the on-site rowing machine.
