Close to Puilaurens castle, in the small village of Gincla, this Holiday cottage invites you to discover the unspoilt landscapes of the upper Aude valley. Nestling in the community of communes of the Aude Pyrenees, it offers privileged access to the Boucheville Forest, a veritable haven of peace for Hiking enthusiasts. Nearby, the Cathar site of Lapradelle-Puilaurens immerses you in the region's medieval history, while the tourist train linking Axat to Rivesaltes promises a picturesque escapade through the mountains.
Le Boisset is a house with a rustic feel, designed to accommodate up to 4 people in a calm, green environment. On the first floor, you'll find:
_A small living room with cupboard, washing machine,
_A bedroom with two convertible 90cm beds, and a bathroom with Italian shower,
A separate toilet,
Upstairs, on the garden level, you'll find :
_A living room with a wood-burning stove (functional in cold weather), an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (vitro hob, dishwasher, classic coffee maker + Tassimo),
A bedroom with a 160cm bed,
A bathroom with shower,
A separate toilet,

The outside area is accessible from the living room, and features an enclosed courtyard with a small garden area, a terrace with garden furniture and a small barbecue.
Parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage or in the village.
