Perched on the heights of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer, this air-conditioned Holiday cottage offers an exceptional panorama of the Mediterranean, the La Clape massif and the mountains, in a quiet, privileged setting less than 500 m from the beach and shops. Located on the 3rd floor of a residence with no elevator, the apartment has to be earned... but the spectacular view that awaits you on arrival is well worth the detour. As soon as you open the door, you'll be seduced by the light, the Mediterranean ambience and the immense horizon that awaits you from the private terrace. The large terrace, furnished with garden furniture, quickly becomes the heart of your stay: breakfast facing the sunrise, aperitifs overlooking the Sea, moments of relaxation after the Beach... every moment takes on a unique dimension.

The Holiday cottage features an air-conditioned living room with split unit in the main room, and a fully-equipped open kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, pod coffee maker and dishwasher. The living room is also equipped with a TV and a 120x190 cm sofa-bed. A separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine completes the first floor. Upstairs, a sleeping area opens onto the living room, with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, and a comfortable bedroom with a 180x190 cm bed that can be split into two as required.

For your convenience, a private, secure parking space is included in the residence, as is access to the communal swimming pool (open from June to September), ideal for cooling off after a day in the sun. Everything is within walking distance of the accommodation: Saint-Pierre-la Sea's sandy beach, restaurants, summer markets, shops and entertainment. Nature lovers will love the magnificent walks in the Massif de la Clape, with its trails through pine forests, garrigue and views of the Mediterranean. Nearby, you can also discover Narbonne, its historic center and Les Halles, Gruissan and its famous stilt cottages, the wild beaches of the Aude coast, the Languedoc vineyards and numerous water sports such as paddleboarding, jet-skiing, kite-surfing or boat trips. A perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, between relaxation, nature, beach and discoveries.
