A little love nest of great comfort on the heights of the village of Cailhau, with a beautiful panoramic terrace facing south overlooking the vineyards and the Pyrenees, and a second patio terrace with a private Jacuzzi for 4 people and a view of the surrounding hills. For your evenings in the summer months, there is a summer kitchen with a bar and plancha overlooking a private petanque court. The hilly surroundings of the Malepère Massif and the many marked footpaths will allow you to discover the area. Bicycles are available for your escapades, a greenway for cyclists is 500m away. Shops at 3km and restaurant in the village, the City of Carcassonne, and Limoux famous for the Blanquette are at 30mn. The sites and castles of the Cathar country and the sea are less than 1 hour away. Sports complex 5 km from the gite, with swimming pool, football pitch, tennis court and basketball court. The gite comprises: living room-kitchen opening onto the jacuzzi terrace, TV corner, 2 bedrooms opening onto the south-facing terrace, with 2 x 160cm beds (which can be converted into 4 x 80cm beds), shower room and separate toilet. Heating by reversible air conditioning. Parking and garage for the gite. Greenway from the village. Reinforced electric socket for recharging electric vehicles in the gite.

5/5Tout est parfait, Françoise et Tony sont des hôtes d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, qui ont à cœur de nous satisfaire.... ce qu'ils font à la perfection ! Le gite est extrêmement bien équipé, et les attentions prévues lors de l'arrivée sont vraiment elles aussi exceptionnelles. C'est une adresse qui ne peut pas s'oublier, tant par le gîte que ses propriétaires. Allez y, vous ne pourrez pas être déçus.

5/5Pour ce deuxième sejour, nous avons encore passé deux semaines au top ! Françoise et Tony sont toujours aussi accueillants et reste des hôtes qui proposent un service plus que parfait !
Tout est au rdv, le confort de chambres décorées avec goût, une cuisine bien équipée, coin télé, deux superbes terrasses, dont une qui offre une vue imprenable et l'autre qui nous permet de profiter d'un spa privatif impeccable ! Sans oublier la partie pétanque et grill qui est très agréables pour les enfants ! Notre dernier plaisir est celui de pouvoir prendre notre petite chienne qui est ravie de venir en vacances dans ce petit coccon !- Cleanliness 5/5
