In the heart of a private estate, just 500 meters from the charming village of Argeliers, this Holiday cottage welcomes you to a calm, unspoilt environment bathed in nature.

Surrounded by rolling plains, truffle oaks and olive trees, it offers unobstructed views over the Countryside and, on a clear day, as far as the majestic Pyrenees.

The Holiday cottage blends harmoniously into its surroundings, thanks to an eco-responsible design and the use of natural, carefully-crafted materials. The building combines charm, comfort and serenity, with spaces designed for both indoor and outdoor living: large sunny terrace, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and a private 7x3-meter swimming pool (1.60 m deep - secured by an alarm), open from June to September.

The house is organized around a large, bright, south-facing living room/kitchen opening directly onto the terrace. Two bedrooms, one of which is wheelchair-accessible, each with its own private shower room and WC. The beds (4 x 90 cm) can be adapted to suit your needs. Separate laundry and toilet facilities are also available.
The elegant, sober and soothing furnishings are ideal for a peaceful stay.

There's a tennis club in the village just a 5-minute walk away, Hiking from the gîte, walking and horse-riding a few kilometers away, markets and vineyards in the region, and Cathar villages and castles such as Minerve and Le Somail to discover.
