The Holiday cottage has an 80m² enclosed private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area. Just 25km from Carcassonne, you're in the heart of Cathar country, ideally placed for visiting castles and abbeys. Whitewater sports center and shops 2.5km away, Sea 1h away. Wine tasting on request.
Holiday cottage comprises: living room with tv-dvd, kitchen opening onto terrace, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90, WC, shower room, laundry room, bed linen and cleaning on request, central heating included. In summer, access to the owners' secure swimming pool, shared with another Holiday cottage (fenced and with a removable protective cover) 150m from the Holiday cottage (9x5x1.80 at its deepest, salt-treated) with no time restrictions. Fully air-conditioned Holiday cottage.

Famille P 85 Séjour estival en famille
Très bon séjour en famille, gite climatisé ce qui nous a grandement aidé lors de la canicule et nous avons largement profité de la piscine.
Les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques et de bons conseils pour les sorties !

Florian M. Une semaine c'est trop court
Superbe semaine de vacances en famille. Le gîte est très bien (literie, équipement, propreté...). Super terrasse pour les apéros tranquilles et les petits déjeuner à la cool. La piscine est dans un super cadre avec belle vue sur le vignoble. Super accueil plein de bons conseils ! Merci pour cette semaine qui est passé trop vite...

Great stay! The house was located in a beautiful vineyard and had a panoramic beautiful view. The house was very tidy and characterful. It was very hot June so we really enjoyed the swimming pool which was very high-end and always clean.
The owner was not present but it wasn't a problem at all. Sandra, daughter-in-law who also runs another gite, welcomes us and very helpful. The owner and her family are very
discreet.
