- a cosy living room with a sitting area featuring a 140 cm sofa bed, ideal for relaxing or for accommodating two extra guests. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and various kitchen utensils.
- For your convenience, the apartment has a modern shower room with a large shower, perfect for freshening up after a busy day.

- The tastefully decorated master bedroom features a 180 cm double bed, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep.
- On the first floor, a laundry room with washing machine is at your disposal, as well as space for storing your bicycles.

A baby bed and high chair are available on request. Although the apartment has no private outdoor space, pets are welcome at no extra charge. A parking lot just 20 meters away allows you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind.
