L'ancienne Forge

Ideally located just 30 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, you'll enjoy a pleasant, peaceful place to rest, but also to take part in numerous activities around the gîte thanks to its location.

Located in Villarzel du Razès, between Limoux and the foothills of the Malepère, L'Ancienne Forge lets you discover an area rich in heritage and nature. The Château de Villarzel dominates the village. You can easily reach the medieval city of Carcassonne, stroll around the massif, or enjoy a day in Limoux, famous for its blanquette and its famous carnival. The village overlooks beautiful rolling Countryside, offering superb panoramic views as far as the Pyrenees when the weather is clear.

The Semi-detached house has a rustic Countryside feel, with several steps between rooms, and offers :

Ground floor:
_A living room with large TV and dining area,
A fully-equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee maker)
Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Upstairs:
_Three bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed,

Outside, you'll enjoy a private, enclosed garden, as well as a shaded terrace with a classic barbecue.
The private, unoverlooked swimming pool (10x5m, secured by a cover with bars and fences) offers you a real moment of relaxation.
Parking is easy on the property, with a space available under a porch.
