Situated in the superb Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Nature Park, the Holiday cottage is an ideal starting point for numerous signposted walks, between undulating vineyards and fragrant garrigue. Just a few kilometers away, you'll find a wealth of coastal ponds, a haven for a variety of flora and fauna, or enjoy the long, sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. And there's plenty for thrill-seekers too: the region is renowned for its board sports and sailing (windsurfing, kite-surfing...), carried along by the winds typical of the Aude coastline. The village of Roquefort des Corbières offers shops, restaurants and all amenities.

L'ancienne cave takes its name from the fact that the gîte is located on the second floor of an old wine cellar that is no longer in use: At the top of the stairs, you'll find: _An unoverlooked terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue and electric plancha, _A living room with lounge-dining area and open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, classic coffee maker), _A bedroom with a 160cm bed, storage space, _A bedroom with two 90cm beds, storage space, _A shower room with Italian shower, _A separate W.Outside, you'll have access to a garden and a tennis court shared with a second non-adjoining Holiday cottage.
