Welcome to this large family home, handed down from generation to generation, located in the countryside of Saint-Julien-de-Briola! This spacious, welcoming home is ideal for family vacations, offering peace and quiet with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees.

With its 190 m², it can comfortably accommodate 10 people, with the option of adding a 90 cm bed for an 11th person.

A large entrance hall leads off one side into the living room, complete with library and TV. On the other side, the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need for cooking, opens onto a cosy dining room. A toilet is also located on the first floor for added convenience.

Upstairs, a large hallway with a reading corner invites you to relax. You'll find four spacious bedrooms: two with 140 cm and 90 cm beds each, one with a 140 cm bed, and the fourth with a 140 cm bed and en-suite shower room with WC. Another bathroom with shower and WC is also available on this floor.

Outside, the large, unfenced garden is ideal for fresh air and outdoor meals with a barbecue. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the ping-pong table and the two bicycles available. A garage is also available for your vehicles.

Located in a peaceful setting, the house is the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area. You can enjoy Hiking with magnificent views of the Pyrenees, water sports just a 30-minute drive away at Lake de la Ganguise, and discover charming neighboring villages such as Mirepoix, famous for its medieval Market. The local gastronomy and restaurants will also delight your taste buds.

Please note that this house is not equipped with Wifi, allowing you to disconnect completely and fully appreciate the surrounding nature and tranquility.
