Located in Carcassonne, small independent gîte on the same level for 2 people, next to the owners' house. Common swimming pool (to be shared with the owners) available, open from May to the end of September, with beautiful beaches accessible. The property is located near the Cavayère lake and its nautical base at 1km and the Australian Park with its kangaroos at 2km. The property borders a large protected natural area, ideal for mountain biking and walking. Close to the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the caves of the Montagne Noire, the abbeys (Caunes Minervois, Lagrasse), etc... Possibility of public transport in the neighbourhood. The gîte is on one level and air-conditioned. It includes a living room with a sitting area (armchairs and TV), a fully equipped kitchen, the living room gives access to the terrace with garden furniture . A bedroom with a double bed (no extra bed) and an independent shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and WC. Next to the swimming pool, access to the pool-house with charcoal barbecue, shower and outdoor sanitary facilities for the swimming pool. Private and secure parking inside the property.
