Just a 3-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Port-la-Nouvelle, the Holiday cottage is the ideal place to spend a lazy vacation by the Sea!

You'll find everything you need in the immediate vicinity, including grocery stores, restaurants, a bakery, a Piscine and water sports activities. The house is located along the harbor, so you can combine Sea, activities and relaxation!
Port-la-Nouvelle is a seaside resort well located for discovering all the treasures of the region less than 30 minutes away: the island of Sainte-Lucie, the Etang de Bages, the Falaises de Leucate, the Sigean African reserve or Narbonne and its ancient heritage with its gastronomic highlights (les halles, les grands buffets). The medieval city of Carcassonne is less than an hour away. Hiking and biking enthusiasts are well catered for! The resort also boasts numerous fishing spots. The Port-la-Nouvelle Market is also a must for sampling local produce.

On site, the Holiday cottage has a private terrace upstairs with a lounge where you can relax in the sunshine and enjoy the peace and quiet. On the first floor a second private patio terrace with barbecue and garden furniture lets you enjoy your meals outside.
First floor:
- A living room with a sitting area with sofa and connected TV, a dining table, at the rear a semi-independent fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the first private terrace.
- From this terrace access to the laundry room with washing machine, storage, freezer and plancha where you can also store your bikes or other equipment and a separate WC.
First floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed.
- A separate shower room (shower, washbasin and WC).
- A third bedroom with a 90x190cm double Bunk beds and a sofa bed for an additional 2 people. The bedroom gives access to the second terrace.

Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning optional. WIFI connection. Pets allowed under good behavior. Public parking lot.
