Located 4 km from Narbonne, a Roman city with a rich heritage, the holiday cottage enjoys an ideal location between the Mediterranean Sea, the Canal du Midi, and the Vineyards of the Aude region. The surrounding countryside unfolds with landscapes typical of the South: fragrant garrigue, slender cypress trees, and vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see.

From the estate, there are many attractions to explore, all within easy reach. The Mediterranean beaches are 17 km away, perfect for a seaside getaway. The Canal du Midi invites you to take a stroll, by bike or on foot, under the plane trees.

The living room opens onto a private terrace equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue, overlooking a fenced-in, shaded, and flower-filled garden shared with a second adjoining holiday cottage. Further along the property are another holiday cottage and the owners’ residence, ensuring a lively atmosphere while preserving everyone’s privacy.

A shed with several locations is available on-site, 20 meters from the holiday cottage.
