Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional de la Narbonnaise, a veritable natural gem, with its remarkable flora and fauna. Just 15 minutes away by car, the Massif de la Clape is criss-crossed by vineyards and vast pine forests, where the garrigue majestically dominates the Mediterranean from the rocky plateaus. An ideal site for numerous walks and mountain bike rides. The sandy Mediterranean beaches of Gruissan are 15 minutes away. Holiday cottage La Vigne is located on a former winegrowing estate, adjoining the owners' house, but with an independent, enclosed exterior. The estate is surrounded by vineyards, with views over the Etang de Bages.
At Domaine de Montfort, Holiday cottage La Vigne offers private parking in front of the door. Terrace and enclosed garden area with garden furniture and barbecue.
Ground floor: fully-equipped living room/kitchen, separate WC.
First floor: bedroom

Narb-Gast Urlaub in Narbonne
Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen und herzlichen Empfang durch den Vermieter, was den Start in den Urlaub sehr angenehm gemacht hat.
Die Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit 50 qm zwar kompakt, war aber dank des guten Raumzuschnitts für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Einrichtung ist modern gehalten, und die verwendeten kleinen dekorativen Elemente sorgen zusätzlich für eine wohnliche Atmosphäre.Besonders hervorzuheben ist der durchgängige Mückenschutz an sämtlichen Fenstern und Türen. Dadurch blieben die kleinen Plagegeister draußen, was den Komfort deutlich erhöht hat.
Außenbereich und Lage
Die Außenanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie umfasst eine großzügige Terrasse, die teilweise überdacht ist, sowie einen separaten, kleinen Bereich mit Liegen und einer Grillmöglichkeit. Da der gesamte Außenbereich blickgeschützt ist, war unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit optimal gewahrt.Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig und optimal für den Urlaub mit Hund. Die Möglichkeit, die Gassirunden direkt auf den angrenzenden Feldwegen zu drehen, war für unseren kleinen Liebling perfekt.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Audrelie Un séjour reposant et agréable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce superbe gîte bien équipé et très bien situé, proche de la ville mais tout en étant retiré au calme, entre Narbonne et Gruissan.
Le propriétaire est d’une extrême gentillesse avec énormément d’attentions pour ses hôtes, c’est tout ce dont on rêve pour des vacances parfaites. La literie est de très bonne qualité c’est également très appréciable. Merci pour tout !- Cleanliness
