Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional de la Narbonnaise, a veritable natural gem, with its remarkable flora and fauna. Just 15 minutes away by car, the Massif de la Clape is criss-crossed by vineyards and vast pine forests, where the garrigue majestically dominates the Mediterranean from the rocky plateaus. An ideal site for numerous walks and mountain bike rides. The sandy Mediterranean beaches of Gruissan are 15 minutes away. Holiday cottage La Vigne is located on a former winegrowing estate, adjoining the owners' house, but with an independent, enclosed exterior. The estate is surrounded by vineyards, with views over the Etang de Bages.
At Domaine de Montfort, Holiday cottage La Vigne offers private parking in front of the door. Terrace and enclosed garden area with garden furniture and barbecue.
Ground floor: fully-equipped living room/kitchen, separate WC.
First floor: bedroom

Le gîte est très propre,bien agencé moustiquaire, climatisation. Nous avons apprécier d'avoir serviettes toilette, torchon de cuisine, savon pour les mains, produit vaisselle et pour la cuisine sel, poivre, huile à disposition.
Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil. Notre séjour s'est bien passé, nous avons pu visiter tout ce que nous voulions.
Nous aurions aimer pouvoir nous promener à pied depuis la location, mais cela sera peut être possible quand le petit chemin dans les vignes sera accessible.- Cleanliness

Les Croix-Roussiens Gîte très sympa proche de la mer (Gruissan)
Gîte très confortable, mignon et très propre.
Excellent accueil du propriétaire.
Très bien situé pour rayonner dans une région magnifique.
